Let Mardi Gras inspire your dish. It need not be particularly authentic, elaborate, or expensive, just something you'd like to share with colleagues. Plan to bring enough for yourself and to share with two or three others. There is no longer an oven/stove in the staff lounge, so take that into consideration when choosing your dish. Please bring your own utensils, beverage, and a container for leftovers.
